Management of migration activities

 Site Decommissioning                                      Provide management, coordination, and consulting services to assist the client in returning decommissioned facilities to the conditions dictated under the terms of the lease including removing permissible tenant-owned improvements.

Coordinate with vendors / service providers to close-out, disconnect, and / or transfer services, remove equipment, and terminate / transfer service contracts for market data, voice, and network services.

Issue disconnect orders for appropriate network facilities that are not being relocated.

Assist the client in disposing technology equipment that is not slated for relocation or transfer to another client facility.
