April 23, 2010 - The purpose of this event was to discuss the concept of owning your advice (speaking truth to power) in the context of how CS Technology perpetuates that philosophy not only throughout the firm, but during client engagements as well. The luncheon was an opportunity for Columbia MBA students to understand the differentiation among the advisory and consulting hierarchy (i.e., analyst, consultant, trusted advisor), and the value that the C-suite ascribes to each of those levels. This also afforded the students an opportunity to ask an entrepreneur – CST CEO JP Rosato – about the path to beginning and growing a multinational organization.
