Dubai International Financial Centre

April 13, 2010 - The Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) provides financial and legal frameworks for foreign financial institutions seeking to do business in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The DIFC also hosts a quarterly technology summit to promote networking and knowledge sharing among its constituents. As part of this effort, CS Technology CTO James Dow was invited to speak at the DIFC on April 14, 2010. His presentation featured a high-level educational overview that illustrated the complexity of deploying technology systems to deliver business in locations remote from a company’s headquarters, and also hosted an open forum panel with Etisalat, the primary UAE provider of telephony services.
