Infrastructure Operations

CS Technology partners with clients to simplify the management of their technology infrastructure by integrating our capabilities with their internal corporate service delivery through our innovative co-sourcing model, Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS).

EIS augments the corporate service request catalog for business-as-usual (BAU) tasks by providing end-user access to cost-optimized infrastructure management services ranging from SLA evaluation to regional transition planning.

EIS clients receive the benefit of CST’s superior execution capabilities on an as-needed basis through a customized service delivery model that integrates easily with their existing systems and processes. Our services can be engineered as an end-to-end offering – for example, through a full lifecycle program of cable management services – or as a single component in a larger customer-owned service chain, such as a move/add/change (MAC) support program. In either scenario, we leverage our broad experience and proprietary knowledge to deliver best-in-class, cost-optimized, integrated services that simplify the process of managing your organization’s complex technology infrastructure.

EIS complements and completes the traditional CST product suite. The EIS delivery model also extends the lifespan of our infrastructure services by incorporating recommendations for tools and resources that support your ongoing infrastructure requirements. If needed, we can design a customized BAU maintenance support program that includes a package of tools and CST consulting services based on pre-defined cost and scope factors.

Stage 1: Service Analysis and Design

  • Goal: Provide a customized service delivery program that addresses specific client challenges
  • Services: Conduct a detailed process and resource assessment that includes a total cost of delivery (TCoD) analysis for your IT infrastructure, as well as strategies for achieving co-sourced organizational alignment

Stage 2: Service Transition

  • Goal: Provide a packaged service delivery program from CST’s proprietary toolset
  • Services: Review the overall execution model; combine, extract, and consolidate elements from the CST toolset based on your workflow or service request model; enable automated flow-through by integrating work order processing, execution, close-out, and charge-back functions

Stage 3: Service Delivery

  • Goal: Implement a viable co-sourced delivery model
  • Services: Define a process for implementing operational enhancements and process improvements throughout the delivery stack and across pre-defined end-user and management functions; monitor the cost savings that result as a function of the improvements in resource management and efficiency achieved through the co-sourced model
