Barry Whale is responsible for the business development, administration, and operations of CS Technology’s London office and oversees planning for expansion in locations throughout Europe and the Middle East. With more than 20 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure projects and product groups, Mr. Whale has contributed to the development of high-quality standards and processes for clients in the financial services and news media industries.

He specializes in developing corporate headquarters, directing technical operations, and providing executive management for large-scale communications and technology-intensive projects. With expertise in strategic management, business development, IT operations management, program management, branding, and cross-cultural management, he provides guidance on design, procurement, and installation of IT infrastructure systems and services for new building developments, data centers, and business relocation projects.
