The Senior Partner responsible for CST’s data center practice, Tim Moon is a highly experienced manager and expert technologist with in-depth experience throughout the technology ecosystem. Experienced at managing financial, organizational, and technical components to deliver business results, his direct, personal expertise includes a wide range of systems, development tools, and programming languages.

For the past 13 years, Mr. Moon has delivered large scale programs in excess of $190MM, as well as targeted solutions for System Architecture, Application Development, Data Center build and migration, capacity planning, BC/DR, and business case development. From selection, engineering and integration of leading edge technology to drive sub-millisecond trading, to development of $1B+ business cases, to detailed logistical management of personnel and systems for large scale migrations, Mr. Moon consistently delivers superior business results for key clients including Bank of America and NYSE Euronext.

Prior to consulting at CS Technology, Mr. Moon was responsible for oversight of the IT function for a Fortune 500 Business Process Outsourcing company. His duties included overall program management of application development, production support, security and compliance, and IT standardization projects. Mr. Moon was tasked with development of an Enterprise Application Architecture to support the business needs of 30+ call centers and approximately 17,000 production seats. Mr. Moon is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
