Michele MacLeod is a business-oriented technology leader with a proven record in designing and delivering large-scale cross-functional programs. She has over 20 years’ experience in delivering end-to-end programs in excess of $200 MM. In addition, Ms. MacLeod has implemented process improvement solutions for Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Technology Service areas within the financial services industry.

Her team was recently responsible for the successful migration of NYSE Euronext’s US Trading Systems and all associated client connections and technology to its new state-of-the-art Liquidity Center without business disruption.

The project team met every industry deadline, and completed the program under budget. Prior to joining CS Technology, Ms. MacLeod was responsible for oversight of the Technology Services areas for an international bank and broker-dealer. She led the disaster recovery effort for her firm after 9-11 and has been actively involved in the BCP/DR efforts for companies within the Financial Services industry. She holds a Masters Degree in Technology Management, and is ITIL and Series 7 certified.
