William R. Angle
Director of Mission Critical Engineering
Bill Angle specializes in technology-intensive projects requiring critical mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure engineering to ensure a high degree of redundancy, reliability, and efficiency. He provides executive management leadership in the multiple phases of data center strategy and execution, including programming, design, construction, migration, and commissioning.
He has more than 30 years of experience in building operations facility management that encompasses computer room construction and renovation, corporate space utilization, and facilities strategic planning. His project management experience includes both the construction and renovation of large facilities, and his work in reliability engineering has led to the development of new fault-tolerant design approaches that achieve high levels of infrastructure integrity and maximize uptime. Bill is also responsible for the development of the High Reliability Engineering Practice at CS Technology, which emphasizes the interaction of human operations with critical infrastructure.
Mr. Angle is a frequent speaker at international Data Center Dynamics conferences and provides technical assistance in the EPA’s National Data Center Standards Program. He is also assisting in the development of the School of Engineering at Hofstra University on behalf of CS Technology.
